The short version: Bread monitors your flight and hotel prices after you book and helps you get the lower rate when one appears — on flights by contacting the airline on your behalf; on hotels by rebooking the same room and dates at the lower rate on your behalf where the chain supports it (currently Hilton and Hyatt), or emailing you one-tap steps to rebook in your own account (currently Marriott and IHG). We do our best, but we can't guarantee every price drop will be caught or that an airline or hotel will honor it. Use Bread as a helpful tool, not a guarantee.
By connecting your Gmail account and using Bread ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please disconnect your account and stop using the Service.
Bread is a flight and hotel price monitoring service. When you connect your Gmail account, Bread:
For flights, Bread can contact the airline on your behalf to request a price adjustment (see "Acting on your behalf" below). For hotels, where the chain supports it (currently Hilton and Hyatt) Bread can rebook the same room and dates at the lower rate on your behalf; for other chains (currently Marriott and IHG) Bread notifies you and provides one-tap steps to rebook in your own account, and that rebooking is yours to complete. Either way, Bread assists you in identifying and capturing potential savings on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee.
Where a chain is repriced on your behalf, Bread contacts the chain through its available support channels to request the lower rate, and a person on our team reviews each request before we reach out (see "Acting on your behalf").
Several hotel chains (including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG) run a best-rate or price-match guarantee: if you find the same room and dates listed for less on a public travel site shortly after booking, the chain will match it — often with a bonus. When Bread detects an eligible lower public rate within roughly 24 hours of your booking, we email you a prefilled, one-tap guide to file that claim.
You file the claim — we never file it for you. A best-rate claim is a statement you make in your own name to the hotel, so it has to come from you. Bread surfaces the opportunity and lines up the details; whether the claim is approved is up to the hotel's review, and we do not count it toward your savings unless it actually goes through.
Bread does not guarantee:
Flight and hotel prices and airline and hotel-chain policies change frequently. Bread is a best-effort service and is provided "as is."
Bread is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. If we do, we'll give existing users reasonable advance notice and a clear choice about whether to continue using the service.
The Bread name, logo, website design, and software are owned by Bread. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission. Your flight data belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed price drops, airline refund denials, or any financial loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
By connecting your Gmail account and using Bread's repricing service, you explicitly authorize Bread to act as your authorized representative on your behalf, for the purpose of requesting price adjustments and refunds on your flight bookings, and rebooking your hotel bookings at a lower rate on the same room and dates with hotel chains that support it (currently Hilton and Hyatt), when lower prices are detected. This authorization applies to flights and to those supported hotel chains. For other hotel chains (currently Marriott and IHG), Bread does not contact the hotel — we notify you of a lower rate and give you one-tap steps, and any rebooking is yours to complete in your own account.
Human review before we contact a hotel. Before Bread sends any message to a hotel on your behalf (currently Hilton and Hyatt), a person on our team reviews and approves that specific request. We do not contact a hotel automatically — there is always a human in the loop before outreach.
This authorization includes contacting airlines and supported hotel chains through any available channel, including:
Bread will always identify itself honestly as an automated assistant acting on your behalf. We will never impersonate you directly or misrepresent the nature of our contact with airlines or hotels. All actions taken on your behalf will be limited strictly to securing lower prices on flights and hotels you have booked.
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account or contacting us at support@savebread.ai.
You may stop using Bread at any time by revoking Gmail access via your Google Account permissions and emailing support@savebread.ai to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
